WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE

  • Rent and WEG accounting
  • Carrying out commercial and accounting tasks
  • Preparation of housing allowance statements as well as owner and ancillary cost statements
  • Monitoring of incoming payments, dunning runs and outgoing payments
  • Account clarifications and adjustment entries
  • Participation in monthly and year-end closing activities
  • Contact person for the management

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • successfully completed commercial education
  • Professional experience in the field of rent and WEG accounting
  • good knowledge of common property management software
  • good knowledge in the use of MS-Word, Excel
  • Personal initiative, sense of responsibility and willingness to perform
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy working with people and numbers
