Hof & Herzig forms a symbiosis of old and new. In the historic courtyard building, 9 apartments with 3 to 5 rooms and 87 to 128 m² are being created. The new building on the street side comprises 20 apartments with 3 to 5 rooms and living areas of 85 to 149 m². It is built in hybrid construction style and consists mainly of wood, combined with a supporting structure of reinforced concrete. In the front building as well as in the courtyard building, the architects attached importance to innovative floor plan solutions. The living area has an open design. This allows cooking, eating and living to be optimally combined. Some of the apartments have en suite bathrooms and daylight bathrooms in the courtyard building. Each residential unit has a balcony, terrace or private garden. In both buildings, an elevator takes you comfortably to your floor.
