WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE

Supervision of order and cleanliness in the buildings and outside areas
Inspection rounds and furniture removals
Contact person for the employees in case of disturbances/problems
Carrying out simple manual tasks (minor repairs)
Coordination and monitoring of compliance with maintenance periods and inspection deadlines
Minor tidying up
Contact person for external service providers and craftsmen
Supervision of the showrooms and model apartments
Transport of coffeebikes and utensils at events
Preparation of events (transport and set-up)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Vocational training in a skilled trade or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the field of facility management
Technical understanding
Craftsmanship
Willingness to work
Organizational talent
Customer and service orientation
Driving license class B or higher
Independent work
