The design picks up on various garden themes, with the urban garden designed to encourage interaction among the residents of The Quarter. In particular, the greening of the courtyard and rooftop areas will help improve the micro climate of the entire neighborhood. The architecture of the building with its varying façade structure mediates between serial tectonic and formal elements of the surrounding building typologies with the idea of traditional modernism and a contemporary design language.
