Sunrise Gardens is a new construction project directly on the sea in Torrevieja. The buildings are located around a large central Mediterranean garden of more than 10,000 m² with 3 separate pools, spa, picnic, fitness and chill-out areas. All areas are connected by pedestrian paths suitable for people with mobility problems. In addition, there are playgrounds for the little ones. Our common areas have large swimming pools, a heated pool, a gym and a pool lounge, all in a private, gated and secured community just 250 meters from the sea. The houses on the first floor have large gardens of up to 70 m² and the apartments on the second floor have large terraces of up to 30 m² plus sun deck for exclusive use.
