Renowned urban architecture in Dahlem

A residential ensemble with a unique character, the new building project “Oskar & Helene”, is being created on a spacious garden plot. Two U-shaped buildings with up to four full storeys will be erected on the near-natural site. A decorative garden will be created in their common centre. The architectural composition of the two buildings is a contemporary continuation of the renowned residential buildings of Berlin Modernism, which characterise the existing building environment, as well as the residential forms of the garden city movement.
