The object

The stately Wilhelminian-style KaMi building is located on the corner of Kaiserin-Augusta-Allee and Mierendorffplatz. The street is named after the German Empress and Queen of Prussia Augusta of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach, who was born in 1811. KaMi, a corner building with a side wing, was built in 1896 and bears the hallmarks of the Wilhelminian style: bay windows, loggias and balconies visually divide the façade and large windows give an idea of the high ceilings of the apartments from the outside. There are 23 apartments with 1 to 5 rooms and approx. 45 to 135 m² on 5 floors. Thanks to the efficient floor plans, which are typical of the Wilhelminian style, the rooms are roughly the same size – ensuring comfort and privacy. The larger apartments offer balconies or loggias, which will become your favorite place in the fresh air. A rented commercial unit on the first floor with approx. 114 m² is also for sale. Secure one of these charming Wilhelminian-style units!

The location

KaMi is located in popular Charlottenburg, where Berlin shows its best side. Life here is quiet and bourgeois, but at the same time it is only a stone’s throw from the urban hotspots. It’s just a short walk to Charlottenburg Palace with its cultural offerings and beautiful palace gardens, which are worth a visit at any time of year. Directly opposite is the Berggruen Museum, which houses one of the world’s most important collections of classical modern art. The Deutsche Oper can be reached by subway in just 10 minutes. The Österreichpark on the banks of the Spree and the Lietzensee are also within easy reach. Shopping enthusiasts will get their money’s worth at Ku’damm. Daily necessities can also be quickly obtained from KaMi: supermarkets, discount stores, pharmacies and a bank branch are just around the corner. KaMi also has excellent public transport connections: The U7 underground line stops right outside the door and a 10-minute walk will take you to Jungfernheide, where the Ringbahn train departs.
