WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE

Commercial real estate financing (property development financing, multi-family houses, commercial buildings, refinancing, nursing homes and manufacturing) in Germany. The loan volume per case amounts to between EUR 5-100 million.
The person should search for the appropriate banks for the particular loan request and lead with the customer and the banks to implement the financing until the signing of the loan agreement.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

successfully completed training as a bank clerk or equivalent professional qualification
Professional experience in real estate financing (developer financing, multi-family houses, commercial buildings, refinancing care manufacturing industry) in Germany
Team spirit, independent work, good contact with German banks, good way of communication with the customer
Structured and efficient way of working
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Reliability and high sense of responsibility as well as flexibility and resilience
Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
