WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE

  • Supervision of order and cleanliness in the buildings and outside areas
  • Inspection rounds and furniture removals
  • Contact person for the employees in case of disturbances/problems
  • Carrying out simple manual tasks (minor repairs)
  • Coordination and monitoring of compliance with maintenance periods and inspection deadlines
  • Minor tidying up
  • Contact person for external service providers and craftsmen
  • Supervision of the showrooms and model apartments
  • Transport of coffeebikes and utensils at events
  • Preparation of events (transport and set-up)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Vocational training in a skilled trade or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of facility management
  • Technical understanding
  • Craftsmanship
  • Willingness to work
  • Organizational talent
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Driving license class B or higher
  • Independent work
