The object

The breathtaking penthouse apartments offer you the best of both worlds. In Stallschreiber Straße, right next to Luisenstädtischer Kirchpark, history meets modernity like nowhere else: former East meets West and idyll meets big city flair. Where the Berlin Wall once separated what now belongs together: hip Kreuzberg and the historical heritage in Mitte. Ideal for those who want to participate in the urban life of the capital and live relaxed in the countryside.

The location

The house is located near Köllnischer Park, a listed green area not far from the Spree River in Berlin’s Luisenstadt-Mitte district. The park, which covers about one hectare, was created in the 18th and 19th centuries on the site of former fortifications. On the area and in the surroundings are worth seeing buildings from different centuries. The park, which is not clearly defined, is surrounded by Wallstraße in the north, Am Köllnischen Park in the east, Rungestraße in the south and Inselstraße in the west. On the western side, between the park and the street, there are a few individual buildings and the Köllnische Gymnasium. At the northern edge of the large area, facing the river, is the building complex of the Märkisches Museum.
