      PROJECT

      In 1900 the stately building was constructed. The four-storey Wilhelminian style building with its light-coloured facade blends harmoniously between the neighbouring houses and into the street scene. The stucco façade is playfully interrupted by colour accents and structural details. White cornices structure the facade horizontally, which ends at the top with a battlement frieze. The loggias, oriels and balconies stand out from this geometric interplay and promise sophisticated apartment sections inside the Wilhelminian style building. Upon entering the building, the impression of timeless elegance is continued: classic checkerboard pattern on the floor, walls with light and dark marble and much more. This magnificent prelude leads into the very well-tended garden courtyard, a green idyll that invites you to linger.

      There are eleven rented apartments and four rented commercial units in the house. The apartments have two to four rooms. The majority of the apartments are equipped with a balcony or loggia.
