The object

The two avant-garde residential buildings with the distinctive wave profile form open arcades to the courtyard, through which all apartments on the upper floors are reached. An outdoor seating area facing the courtyard in front of each apartment entrance can be individually designed with seating and plants and, like the garden plateau, creates space for encounters. There are a total of 20 different apartment types to choose from, whose floor plans can be further individualized with wall settings. Each apartment extends from the courtyard to the street side and opens both to the north and to the south: this allows residents to decide for themselves whether they prefer to orient their more intimate living zones toward the street or toward the courtyard. The sliding windows on both sides can be opened extensively, making the surrounding greenery part of everyday living.
