The terraced houses on offer were built in the late 1930s in solid construction on a spacious and centrally located site directly northwest of the 36 m high water tower. The overall layout is characterized by a certain regularity, which has been discreetly loosened up in some places. And the intensive greening in interaction with the 1.5-story buildings conveys the idyll of a garden city. The functionally designed terraced houses each have a front garden on the street side and a garden at the rear for recreation. Both the light facades and the living spaces were completely renovated and adapted to current living concepts.
