The number of one-person households is increasing in Berlin.
This is also the case in Steglitz-Zehlendorf, where the Forststraße 9 residential building is located. Be it older people who love their neighborhood, families who prefer a quiet and green location for their children, or young people studying at Freie Universität: They are all looking for affordable housing in their favorite location.
Stately old buildings create an elegant setting for the residential building from the 1970s with its striking red balconies. A well-kept courtyard garden and an underground garage underline the high residential quality. The pretty residential building with 21 units in Forststraße was built in 1972 and presents itself overall in excellent condition.
Located in the urban district of Steglitz, our project Forststraße 9 offers a quiet life in the countryside and yet all the advantages of city life. The development of the district consists of beautiful old buildings, new buildings but also single-family houses and Gründerzeit villas.
