Villa Emil

Villa Emil continues the story of the historic Lindemann's Hotel, built as early as 1865 in Lindemannstraße in Heringsdorf. In its immediate vicinity, eight exclusive holiday apartments are being created that combine historical reference with contemporary living comfort – a tribute to Emil Lindemann and the tradition of creating a special place to stay for guests in Heringsdorf. The architecture combines solid, high-quality construction with classic materials and an understated, elegant design. Light-coloured plastered façades, dark-accented window elements and a pitched roof integrate the building harmoniously into its established surroundings. It is only about 400 metres to the fine Baltic Sea beach and the promenade – perfect for a first walk by the sea before breakfast.
