Ruby

Ruby is a charming Wilhelminian-style building, constructed in 1900 and situated on the serene single-lane Palisadenstrasse. Its red-painted facade, which inspired the building’s new name, is adorned with stucco, adding an extra touch of elegance to this attractive five-story residential and commercial building. Twelve apartments with two to four rooms and living areas of approx. 61 to 101 sqm are located on the property’s 1st to 4th floors. These classic Wilhelminian-style units not only boast desirable apartment sizes but also feature highly efficient floor plans. In keeping with the typical style of Wilhelminian apartment buildings, each unit has a separate kitchen offering space for a small breakfast nook. A majority of the units have daylight bathrooms, most of which are equipped with bathtubs.
