Rennbahn

Our Rennbahn residential and commercial building blends harmoniously into its surroundings in beautiful Weißensee. Built in 1900, the building complex, consisting of a front building, side wing, and rear building, bears the hallmarks of the Wilhelminian era with its harmonious façade design and stucco decorations. Most of the 36 apartments, spread over four floors, have 1 to 2.5 rooms and measure approximately 36 to 83 m² – ideal for singles, couples, and small families. There is also a 4-room apartment measuring approximately 101 m². Daylight bathrooms, most of which have bathtubs, ensure comfort and are often equipped with a bathtub. The apartments in the front building have balconies for relaxing in the fresh air. Thanks to separate kitchens, even the one-room apartments have separate cooking and living areas. On the ground floor, there are four rented commercial units that are used as shops and offices. Our Rennbahn project is within walking distance of the eponymous Weißer See lake. With a beautiful circular path, sunbathing lawns, playground, summer pool and café, it is ideal for jogging, walking and refreshing in summer. Just a few minutes in the opposite direction and you are at the huge Rennbahnstraße sports complex with sports hall, sports field and tennis court. Nature in the north of Berlin is also within easy reach. If you want to experience that trendy neighbourhood feeling, you can quickly reach Prenzlauer Berg. And almost right on Rennbahn's doorstep is the Traum M12, with a direct connection to Mitte. It's just a few minutes by bike to the lively Antonplatz, the centre and meeting point of the neighbourhood. Here you will find supermarkets, organic markets, a bank, pharmacy and opticians, restaurants and a cinema. Every Thursday, a weekly market offers fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, meat and much more.
