Monsieur Hirsch

Monsieur Hirsch is an elegant Wilhelminian-style ensemble built in 1900. It is located in beautiful and idyllic Friedenau in the district of Tempelhof-Schönberg, which has two deer in its coat of arms. The brown and green clinker brick façade is also reminiscent of the inhabitants of the forest, which is very close to the Grunewald. The four-story complex comprises a front building, a side wing, a rear building, and a coach house in the inner courtyard. There are 26 Wilhelminian-style apartments on a total of four floors. Bright bathrooms with natural light and balconies ensure a high level of living comfort and attractive rentability. A new attic floor was added to the Wilhelminian-style building, creating two new apartments. In addition, the historic street-facing facade was refurbished, the insulation of the courtyard-facing facade was renewed, and the stairwells were renovated.
