GOOD LIFE

Our project "Good Life" is located on Pannierstraße in the Reuterkiez and thus in a prime location in the trendy Kreuzkölln neighborhood. The building was comprehensively refurbished as recently as 2020. With high-quality materials, craftsmanship and attention to detail, a valuable residential property was created in a prime location. In the light-filled rented 15 residential units, efficient floor plans ensure an attractive quality of living. The 1- to 3-room apartments with living areas between approx. 35 m² and 69 m² offer sufficient space for singles as well as for couples and families.

MULTICULTURAL FOR EVERYONE Primarily referred to as Reuterkiez by old Berliners, the area in the north of Neukölln is now usually called Kreuzkölln for short. The name of the neighborhood derives from its iconic location between Berlin's two trendy districts. Where hip Kreuzberg and casual Neukölln meet, there is always something going on. It's not just districts that meet here. Kreuzkölln and the area around the Reuterkiez are especially popular for their diverse range of restaurants, bars and stores.
